We are happy to inform you that MAN's new online web portal is available for you to manage purchase orders, forecasts and shipments. The supply process for production material, spare parts, and stocked general material is supported by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).


EDI transactions with external partners are based on message standards like VDA 4905 and communication standards like EDIFACT File Transfer Protocol, is mandatory for lean and efficient business processes to supply production material and spare parts. Therefore, EDI is an urgent basis for the cooperation with partners in the JIT- process and for large transaction volume.


WebEDI is designed to use the advantages of both EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and the possibilities the internet offers today. With the integration of manufacturing data, ERP-processes are being made transparent.


For suppliers who have low data volumes at the delivery process, and who do not have an integrated EDI-messaging, can use the internet-based application WebEDI on the Group Business Platform.


By Using the Tradeshift Collaboration Platform, our partner Quyntess offers a flexible solution to optimize supplier collaboration through one single connection.


This new platform fully automates all supply chain processes and seamlessly integrates with an ERP system. This new platform replaces the current MSUP Web-EDI Portal.

    Getting Started with Tradeshift

    These five steps will guide you through the most important steps invited supplier should take while and after responding to the invitation email of their customer.

    In order to activate your Tradeshift account, please use the activation link in the email you have received from Man Truck & Bus AG.

By capturing all information in one single interface for Forecasts, Purchase Order and Advance Ship Notice (ASN). Everyone within this environment gets full end-to-end visibility over real-time process activities. Streamlining the processes via this platform eliminates costly administrative workload, reduces errors in the supply chain and increases supply chain responsiveness with the help of accurate and transparent information interchange.
